Paricipation of Boat Club :
Flood rescue mission:
A flood rescue mission by launched in 1994 in saikheda village near Nashik City.
The Boat club participated in the same and rescued life of 29 people in the mission.
Sinhastha-kumbhamela:
Boat club members actively participated in the organization of sinhastha-Kumbhamela shahi-snan.
Expedition by Indian Navy :
INS Godavari of Indian navy conducts a raft expedition via Godavari from Trimbak to Rajmehendri [AP]. Boat club renders help for this expedition.
Boat club a training center:
Boat club trains the Home-guard, civil defence, sea-scout, Nashik police members in Boat pulling, Water resque activities. |
